State Controller: DefenceMulSet

Sets the player's defense multiplier. All damage the player takes is scaled by the reciprocal of this amount.

Required parameters:
value = defense_mul (float)
Specifies the defense multiplier. For instance, a defense_mul of 2 reduces damage taken to half.
