umm, ok.........whatever.
The topic says "The first HD char for Mugen RC3", meaning the character was available for the new mugen build but you said,
"As our server is currently uploading, the RC3 version should be available under 24 hours."
meaning you are once again promoting your broken hack AGAIN which no one here cares for.

First, it's an exhibition gallery. So i can exhibate our works without make it available at all.
Secondly, i will be probaly sleeping when the file will be available because the website is updated in the middle of the night.
Third, we develop chars for our engine first, legitimely... and adapt them to the RC3 engine, after.
And at last, more than 20 000 people have downloaded BrokenMugen HD, don't worry for us.

For something supposed to look HD, that looks absolutely awful. You can't even cut FX right. You're using LR lifebars you jacked from another screenpack. Those chars are just your average 3D RPG rips. The only thing that's HD is the size, and just because something is >1024x768 DOES NOT MAKE IT HD..

Tell me, is this HD? It's >1024x768, so by your logic, it must be.

which japanese creator did you steal this character from? because you forgot to translate his movelist to some comprehensible language.

Your pic is not HD because upscaled. HD is normal size displayed real pixel size in 1280*960. (or 720...)

Cute to want to learn us what is HD or not...

Actually at 1440 X 900 pixels, that Zangief sprite is HD.  It takes a higher DPI count to render the image.

It looks like shit because it's upscaled from a low res sprite and no extra detail was added.  It is HD, but it doesn't "look" it.

The difference is in pixel count, not the quality of art as in how well it was shaded, etc.

You can make a low res solid black sqare and an HD solid black square.  Both will look the same unless more detail is added to the HD version.

it is still not right 2 start flaming him on this forum, it is not allowed on any ofthese whatsoever, i no killjoy right.... but still, he tried to make whatever character he had HD, bottom line, who FREAKIN' CARES, everyone can just try try again!!!

Because BrokenMUGEN HD has 4 times the winmugen plus DPI, HR chars are uspcaled in BrokenMUGEN HD. They are still HR chars and not HD.
We use only sprites HR or HD which are displayed real pixel size. So one pixel of the NATIVE sprite for one physical pixel displayed, up to 1280*960 res.



So for us, only chars based on HD sprites are HD. Not LR or HR upscaled, even they can do the same size, when enough upscaled.
