The Red Skull has been a wip for some time, this is the 4th time I am doing this character so hopefully this is good enough for me to say it's done. He has a lot of problems for sure but he has mostly everything that I want him to have. In the future I plan on an update to include a secret hyper attack and a flying mode. He has no A.I. as of yet. Enjoy this one, he was a unique experience for me. Red Skull belongs to Marvel Comics and the Marvel comic artist and authors. No copyright infringement intended, this is a non-profit fan art (open source) project for Elecbyte's WinMugen system.

It's coming, some improvements have all ready been made. Just waiting for an A.I. code to come in from a friend. After which I will continue his improvements.
